The percentages listed in each category represent those responses that indicate that the residents  and/or their family members  “Strongly Agreed  or  Agreed”  with the statement  in the category. 

The numerator includes only those residents and/or family members who selected “Agree”, “Strongly Agree” or “Disagree” on the Satisfaction Survey Tool. 

Excluded from the numerator were all responses in the “No Opinion” section and all survey questions for which no response selection was made.
